- This part of SN/T 3720 specifies the energy efficiency requirements, inspection and result determination of imported cold water (heat pump) units. This section applies to vapor compression cycle cold water (heat pump) units (hereinafter referred to as "units") products with imported motor-driven compressors. This section does not apply to other vapor compression cycle chilled water (heat pump) units specially designed for industrial purposes.
