Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for determination of dibromophosphorus residues in exported animal-derived foods and the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry confirmation method. This standard is applicable to the detection and confirmation of dibromophosphorus residues in pork, pork liver, chicken, beef, fish, canned pork and eggs.
