This standard specifies the ion chromatography method for the determination of sulfate content in foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of sulfate in foods such as apples, pears, mixed juices, concentrated apple juice, carrots, cabbage, mutton, chicken kidneys, milk, milk powder, wine and beer.
