Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of total sulfur content in graphite using high-temperature combustion infrared absorption spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of total sulfur content in flake graphite, artificial graphite, graphite electrodes and graphitized products. Determination range (mass fraction): 0.001 0%~2.5%.
