Scope

This International Standard specifies requirements for the periodic inspection of acetylene cylinders required for the transport of dangerous goods and for the maintenance associated with the periodic inspection. It applies to acetylene bottles with and without solvents and with a maximum capacity of 150 l. NOTE The 150L limit is derived from the definition of a bottle.
