This part of ISO 3452 specifies the technical requirements and test methods for sample testing and batch testing of penetrants. This part of ISO 3452 applies to tests carried out in a temperature range of 10 °C to 50 °C. Outside this temperature range, additional tests may be required, as described in parts 5 or 6 of ISO 3452. Details of the on-site control tests and procedures are covered in ISO 3452-1.
