Scope: This procedure is applicable to the design, construction, installation, commissioning and acceptance of system engineering that uses outdoor air as the cold and heat source, uses the heat source tower as the heat dissipation and heat extraction device, and uses vapor compression heat pump technology for cooling and heating. The heat source tower heat pump system is suitable for areas where the calculated outdoor air dry bulb temperature is between 2°C and -8°C in winter.
