- This standard specifies the exhaust pollutant emission limits and measurement methods for the WHTC operating condition method of diesel engines for urban vehicles. This standard is applicable to the type approval, production consistency inspection and in-use compliance inspection of urban vehicles with a total mass greater than 3500 kg and the diesel engines they are equipped with.
