Scope
1.0.1 This specification is formulated to promote technological progress and innovation, improve design quality, ensure safe production and rational development and utilization of resources. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the mining design of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of metallurgical mines. 1.0.3 Mine design should implement safety production, occupational health and environmental protection regulations. The engineering design of safety facilities, environmental protection engineering, water and soil conservation and land reclamation shall be carried out simultaneously with the main engineering design. 1.0.4 The mining design of metallurgical mines shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
