- This standard specifies the flow injection-ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method for the determination of total phosphorus in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of total phosphorus in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. When the optical path of the detection cell is 10 mm, the detection limit of this method is 0.005 mg/L (calculated as P), and the determination range is 0.020~1.00 mg/L.
