Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of perfluorinated ion exchange membranes for chlor-alkali industry (hereinafter referred to as chlor-alkali ion exchange membranes). This standard is applicable to the general technical conditions of the chlor-alkali ion membrane made of perfluorosulfonic acid resin, perfluorocarboxylic acid resin, reinforced mesh and hydrophilic coating as main raw materials.
