Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit per unit product of direct coal liquefaction to oil. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of direct coal liquefaction to oil enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new enterprises.
