Scope
This part of JB/T 11602 specifies a non-invasive testing method using X-ray energy spectroscopy to test the voltage of X-ray tubes. Its applicable voltage range is 10 keV~500keV. Its significance is to detect whether the displayed value on the X-ray device controller is equal to the actual voltage value. The purpose is to detect the maximum energy and incomplete X-ray spectrum. This method is suitable for both integrated and potentiostatic X-ray devices. This section applies to energy spectrum detection of X-ray tube voltage.
