- This standard specifies three test methods for determining the density of carbon fiber yarns, namely: - method A: liquid displacement method; - method B: floating and sinking method; - method C: density gradient column method. Method C is the method of arbitration. This standard applies to continuous carbon fiber yarn and cut-to-length carbon fiber yarn.
