Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the amount of dynamic negative ions generated by textiles by friction method, and gives the evaluation. This standard applies to all kinds of textile fabrics and their products. This standard does not involve the safety evaluation of textile products that excite negative ions in the air due to the addition of materials containing radioactive substances.
