Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of membrane keyboards. This standard applies to membrane keyboards with a switching power of less than 1W, a maximum operating voltage of 42 V (DC) or 25 V (AC), and a maximum operating current of less than 100 mA. The circuit carrier can be used as a reference for the rigid substrate.
