Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of rare earth silicate phosphors for LEDs. This standard is applicable to the rare earth silicate system fluorescent powder prepared by high temperature reaction. The fluorescent powder of this system emits green light, yellow-green light, yellow light and orange light under the excitation of 250 nm~500 nm ultraviolet light and blue light. The ~500 nm blue light excitation light source can compound white light with various color temperatures, and is mainly used for LED lights excited by ultraviolet or blue LED chips.
