CEN ISO/TS 16189:2013 Footwear - Critical substances potentially present in footwear and footwear components - Test method to quantitatively determine dimethylformamide in footwear materials
This Technical Specification specifies a method for the quantitative determination of dimethylformamide (DMFo) in footwear and footwear components containing polyurethane (PU) coated material. NOTE In the footwear industry, the use of DMFo is not required for this PU injection process (RIM process). DMFo can be used for the PU coated material.
