Scope

This European Standard specifies the term "impurities" and describes methods for determining its components. The term "impurities" is used as a parameter for certain quality aspects of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.), rye (Secale cereale L.) and feed barley ( Hordeum vulgare L.).
