Scope: This standard stipulates the general process specifications that parties involved in e-commerce activities should follow when entering into contracts using an electronic contract online conclusion system established within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and establishes the basic principles for the application of electronic signatures in electronic contracts. This standard applies to contracts or other documents, documents and other documents that can be used for electronic signatures as stipulated in the "Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China", but does not apply to the following documents: a) involving personal relationships such as marriage, adoption, inheritance, etc.; b) ) involves the transfer of real estate rights and interests such as land and houses; c) involves the cessation of water supply, heat supply, gas supply, power supply and other public utility services; d) other situations stipulated in laws and administrative regulations where electronic documents are not applicable.
