Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and test methods for leakage radiation testing of medical diagnostic X-ray tube assemblies (hereinafter referred to as tube assemblies). This standard is applicable to the test of leakage radiation under loading of tube components in non-capacitive discharge high-voltage generating devices.
