This standard specifies the calculation method for thermal mass consumption in the design of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of the entire plant, process equipment, auxiliary systems and public engineering systems of petrochemical enterprises. This standard is applicable to the calculation of the consumption of thermal working fluids such as steam, softened water, desalted water, deoxygenated water (boiler feed water), condensate water, nitrogen, instrument air, factory air, etc.
