Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of automobile cleaning agents. This standard applies to car cleaning agents formulated with surfactants and detergent additives. This standard does not apply to solvent-based car cleaning agents and special-purpose car cleaning and care agents.
