Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of trace element content in high-purity tantalum. The measured elements are shown in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of trace element content in high-purity tantalum. The measurement range of each element except niobium, molybdenum and tungsten is 1 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg, and the measurement range of niobium, molybdenum and tungsten is 1 μg/kg~100 000 μg/kg.
