Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of trace impurity elements in high-purity niobium. The measured elements are shown in Table 1. This standard is applicable to the determination of trace impurity elements in high-purity niobium. The measuring range of each element except tantalum, molybdenum and tungsten is 1.0 μg/kg~5 000 μg/kg, the measuring range of tantalum is 1.0 μg/kg~300 000 μg/kg, and the measuring range of molybdenum and tungsten is 1.0 μg/kg~ 100 000μg/kg.
