- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial cobalt nitrate. This standard applies to industrial cobalt nitrate. Industrial cobalt nitrate is mainly used as a raw material for the production of other cobalt salts. In the ceramic industry, it is used as a colorant, a drier for inks, coatings, paints, and an antidote for cyanide poisoning. It can also be used to manufacture cobalt naphthenate, cobalt-containing catalysts, etc.
