- Scope
- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial magnesium silicate. This standard applies to industrial magnesium silicate synthesized from soluble magnesium salts and alkaline earth metal silicates. This product is used in pharmaceuticals, decolorizing agents, deodorants, adsorbents and anti-caking agents, and can also be used in the ceramic and rubber industries.
