Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial hydroxylamine hydrochloride. This standard applies to industrial hydroxylamine hydrochloride, which is mainly used as reducing agent and developer for color film.
