This standard specifies the basic parameters, types, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, warranty period and accessories requirements for electric mixers. This standard is applicable to AC and DC dual-purpose, single-phase series systems for mixing paint, putty, exterior wall mixed plaster, chemical raw materials (excluding flammable, explosive and corrosive materials) and other similar materials under general environmental conditions. Exciting rotating agitator (hereinafter referred to as agitator). This standard does not include double-rod mixers, large-scale engineering mixers, and mixers in the food processing industry. It also does not apply to two-speed, multi-speed, and electronic speed-adjustable mixers.
