- This standard specifies the requirements, calculation principles and methods, energy-saving management and measures for energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits of tantalum and niobium mining and mineral processing enterprises. This standard is applicable to mining and mineral processing enterprises that mainly focus on tantalum and niobium metals. The calculation, evaluation and assessment of energy consumption from mining, crushing and enrichment of tantalum and niobium ores to producing qualified concentrate products. This standard does not apply to mining and mineral processing enterprises that use tantalum and niobium as by-products.
