Scope
This part of YS/T 938 specifies the method for the determination of the amounts of gold, platinum, palladium, copper, tin, indium, zinc, gallium, beryllium, iron, manganese and lithium in gold-based and palladium-based alloys for dental porcelain restorations. This section applies to the determination of the amounts of gold, platinum, palladium, copper, tin, indium, zinc, gallium, beryllium, iron, manganese and lithium in gold-based and palladium-based alloys used for dental porcelain restorations. The measurement range is shown in Table 1.
