This standard stipulates the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation method and energy-saving measures of the limit value, access value and advanced value of energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption per unit product) quota of the main process of crude steel production. This standard is applicable to the statistical calculation and evaluation of energy consumption per unit product of iron and steel enterprises in sintering process, pelletizing process, blast furnace process and converter process, as well as energy consumption control of new equipment.
