Scope

This part of HY/T 147 stipulates the main content and methods of marine hydrology, meteorology and sea ice monitoring projects, and puts forward specific requirements for the scope of application, technical requirements, monitoring steps and data processing of each monitoring method. This section applies to the monitoring of marine hydrology, meteorology and sea ice elements in nearshore, offshore, open sea and ocean areas.
