This rule specifies the use of electromagnetic energy with frequencies in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band (2.45 GHz) and resistive heating elements to heat household and similar microwave ovens (hereinafter referred to as "microwave ovens") with a rated input power of less than 2.5 kW. , including the measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, measurement and testing results evaluation criteria and test reports for microwave single-function microwave ovens, microwave ovens with combined grilling function and microwave ovens with hot air convection grilling function for energy efficiency labeling. This rule does not apply to commercial microwave ovens, industrial microwave ovens and microwave ovens with range hoods. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of microwave energy efficiency labels. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell microwave ovens may also refer to these rules for testing. The microwave ovens to be tested should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
