Scope

This part of SN/T 1961.16 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for the allergen mustard component in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen mustard components in food and its raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 0.01% (mass fraction).
