This part of SN/T 1961.15 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for food allergen celery components. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen celery components in foods and raw materials. The limit of detection (LOD) referenced in this section when measuring celery raw materials is 1 mg/kg, and the limit of detection (LOD) referenced when measuring plant-derived foods is 10 mg/kg.
