Scope

This part of SN/T 1961.14 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for allergen fish components in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen fish components in food and its raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 0.01% (mass fraction).
