This part of SN/T 1961 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for allergen shrimp/crab ingredients in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen shrimp/crab components in food and its raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 0.01% (mass fraction).
