This part of SN/T 1961 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for allergen almond ingredients in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen almond components in food and its raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 0.01% (mass fraction).
