Scope

This part of SN/T 1961 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for the allergen walnut component in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of allergen walnut components in food raw materials or processed foods. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 0.01% (mass fraction).
