- This standard specifies a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of the migration of triphenyl phosphate, tri-o-creyl phosphate, tri-m-creyl phosphate and tri-p-creyl phosphate in food contact materials among polymer materials. This standard is applicable to triphenyl phosphate and tri-o-toluene phosphate in water, 3% (mass fraction) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and other water-based food simulants and lipid-based food simulants (isooctane). Determination of the migration amount of four phosphate esters: tri-m-creyl phosphate and tri-p-creyl phosphate.
