Scope
This standard specifies the method for simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury content in imported coal by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. This standard is applicable to the detection of arsenic and mercury content in air-dried base of imported coal. The lower limits of determination of arsenic and mercury are: arsenic 0.16 g/g and mercury 0.01 g/g.
