Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of manganese content in manganese-silicon alloys by the perchloric acid oxidation ferrous ammonium sulfate titration method. This standard is applicable to the determination of manganese content in manganese-silicon alloys. The measurement range (mass fraction) is 55%~75%.
