Scope

This standard specifies the seis ic analysis and design requirements for nuclear safety-related structures under design basis seis ic conditions, including: design basis seis ic input, nuclear safety-related structural response calculation and seis ic design. This standard applies to nuclear safety-related structures of nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities with equivalent safety requirements.
