This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for the determination of polymethoxyflavonoids (orange flavonoids, tangerine flavonoids and tangerine flavonoids) in citrus and its products. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of polymethoxyflavonoids (sweet orange flavonoids, tangerine flavonoids and tangerine flavonoids) in citrus and its products. The quantitative determination range of this standard: sweet orange flavonoids, tangerine flavonoids and tangerine flavonoids are all 0.02 mg/L~30 mg/L. The quantitative limit of this standard method: sweet orange flavonoids, tangerine flavonoids and tangerine flavonoids are all 0.02 mg/kg. The detection limit of this standard method: sweet orange flavonoids, tangerine flavonoids and tangerine flavonoids are all 0.01 mg/kg.
