Scope

This standard specifies the term definitions, model naming and functional classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking requirements of the transformer comprehensive characteristic tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester). This standard applies to the design, manufacture, testing and use of transformer comprehensive characteristic testers for testing the excitation characteristics of transformers.
