This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of xylanase preparations. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of industrial xylanase preparations obtained by submerged fermentation and purification of microbial liquids.
