Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of non-woven needle-punched blankets for electric blankets, electric heating pads and similar flexible heating appliances. This standard is applicable to non-woven needle-punched blankets with passages formed by acupuncture and uniform fiber meshing for electric blankets, electric heating pads and similar flexible heating appliances.
