Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) of textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries. This standard applies to the determination of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries that do not have oxidative or reductive properties. The spectrophotometric method in this standard is a rapid method, and the dichromate method is an arbitration method.
