- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and instructions for use, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of hydraulic soil moisture evaporation measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as hydraulic evaporators). This standard applies to hydraulic evaporators used in soil moisture evaporation observations.
